Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment until

Express shipping is our standard. Every order ships worldwide with DHL Express or FedEx, and is generally delivered within about 7 business days once it leaves our warehouse

Our premium hardware is crafted from high-quality materials, including solid brass. Brass is valued for its durability, longevity and suitability for environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.

We offer a range of premium finishes: Natural Brass, Bronze, Carbon Black, Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel and Champagne Bronze. Custom finishes may be possible on a made-to-order basis for qualifying projects — our team will be happy to discuss options for your project.

Our Natural Brass is unlacquered, meaning it has no protective coating. It is a living finish that naturally changes over time through exposure to air, moisture, touch, and everyday use. This creates a unique patina
on each piece.

A lacquered finish has a protective coating that helps prevent tarnishing and maintain its original appearance with minimal upkeep. Unlacquered brass has no protective coating and is designed to naturally age and
develop a patina over time. Exposure to air, moisture, touch, and everyday use will gradually change its color, luster, and texture.

A living finish is designed to naturally evolve over time. Our unlacquered brass is not protected by a permanent coating. Exposure to touch, humidity, climate and everyday use can gradually change its colour, texture and lustre. This natural ageing process creates a unique patina, meaning no two pieces will age in exactly the same way.

Each piece is supplied with the required anchors and screws. The screws are matched to the correspondingfinish wherever applicable.

Most of our hardware is designed to accommodate doors with a minimum thickness of 1-3/4" (44.5 mm).

• North America: Suitable for door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/4" to 2-3/4".
• Australia: Suitable for door thicknesses ranging from 35 mm to 69 mm.
• Door Bore Diameter: Designed for a 1¾ inches bore diameter.
• Please note that our hardware is not compatible with standard door preparations that have a pre-
  bored hole of 2⅜-inches

A dummy door handle is a non-functional, single-sided handle that is surface-mounted to a door. It isdesigned for decorative or pull-only applications and does not operate a latch or lock mechanism. Dummydoor handles are commonly used on closet doors, pantry doors, wardrobe doors and the interior of Frenchdoors.

Right-Hand or Left-Hand refers to the handing of the door, not whether you are right- or left-handed. Stand facing the side of the door where the handle will be installed and used. If the hinges are on the left side, select a Left-Hand Dummy. If the hinges are on the right side, select a Right-Hand Dummy.

Latches and locks are sold separately and are not included with our door handles as standard. If you requirea latch or lock for your project, we can supply compatible options to suit our hardware range. Our latchesand locks are designed with an 82 mm backset. Before ordering, we recommend confirming that an 82 mmbackset is compatible with your door preparation and project requirements.

For regular cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft, clean cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and harshchemical-based cleaners, which can damage the surface or alter the finish. For polished finishes, use aclean, non-abrasive polishing cloth.

You have two choices:

• Let it age naturally. Allow the brass to develop its natural patina over time.
• Maintain its original appearance. Use an appropriate brass/copper brightener or apply several coats of clear paste wax, followed by gentle buffing with a clean, dry cloth. Always test any cleaning or polishing product on an inconspicuous area first.

Standard stocked items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in theiroriginal, undamaged packaging. Orders valued at USD 350 and above are eligible for return; a 35%restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Toinitiate a return, please contact our team at customerhappiness@miandgei.com and we will guide youthrough the return authorization process.

Original shipping and applicable duties or taxes are generally non-refundable.

Orders that have not yet shipped or that are on backorder may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Special-order, made-to-order, vintage and customized products cannot be cancelled.

Please contact our team within 3 days of receiving your order. For damaged or incorrect items, provide photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, damaged or incorrect product, and product packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate solution.
