DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Products in stock are packed within 2 to 3 business days and then shipped via DHL Express. International delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization. They must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, as well as any restocking fees, are the customer’s responsibility.

For residential use, Mi&Gei warrants its brass products against defects in materials and workmanship. The patina is a living finish: its natural evolution over time, due to touch and climate, is not covered by the warranty. Professional installation is required to maintain the warranty.
