Born from the structured aesthetics of Bauhaus and European modernism of the 1920s and 30s, Forme N°26 is a dummy door lever that explores geometric harmony through its interlocking circular and cylindrical elements. Echoing the movement’s principles of minimalism and purposeful design, these brass handles strike a sculptural balance within stylish hardware. The interplay of horizontal and vertical circles of varying sizes that are precisely joined at their centres forms an interesting three-dimensional intersection that visually anchors the design.

The handle’s smooth, cylindrical grip merges with circular design elements and a matching keyhole escutcheon. With rhythmic curves and sculptural clarity, this artistic hardware echoes Bauhaus ideals, with circles symbolising unity, balance, and motion in form and function. Crafted from solid, unlacquered brass using heritage manufacturing techniques, the piece offers a smooth, tactile experience that imbues the space with timeless craftsmanship.

Forme N°26 is offered in finishes such as golden brass, dusky bronze, and satin nickel that complement classic and contemporary interiors. Left raw to age naturally, the brass matures over time, deepening in character like a shadow gathering depth. Tailored to non-locking zones like shared living–dining spaces and utility areas, this artisan hardware for interiors is shaped with the quiet imperfections that give handmade pieces their soulful character. BRASS :

We use brass for its longevity, resistance and inherent antimicrobial and self-decontaminating properties. It is suitable for humid environments such as bathrooms and kitchens. Touch, climate and exposure to the elements will continue to change the color, luster and texture of brass and give it a unique “patina” over time. It's part of our artistic process, each piece is unique.

Our Brass Alloy is 100% recycled. We recycle the brass connectors of gaz cylinder to melt our ingots. The composition of our brass is: copper 60.5% + zinc 38.5% + magnesium 0.1% + Nickel 0.09

Copper has a proved natural antibacterial property. For this reason it is perfect to be used in the kitchen or bathroom, our solid brass creations do not rust, no coating, living finish only.

FINISHES :

Natural Brass is a living finish that develops as the products age. We do not add a protective coating. Touch, climate and exposure to the elements will continue to change the color, luster and texture of brass and give it a unique “patina” over time.

Bronze finish is produced with a dipping process. It is an ancient process which darkens the brass by oxidizing it, so it looks like Brownish Bronze.

Satin Nickel is the type of plating or finish that is done on brass. We get the Satin nickel by using electrolysis technique.

Carbon Black finish is produced with a dipping process. It is an ancient process which darkens the brass by oxidizing it, so it looks like Black finish.

WHAT IS A LIVING FINISH ?

Unlacquered product = Living finish that develops as the product ages. We do not add a protective coating. Touch, climate and exposure to the elements will continue to change the color, luster and texture of brass and give it a unique “patina” over time.

We consider the oxidation process due to climate and use to be a natural aging process of the patina, therefore we do not guarantee the patina finishes of the product. it's part of our artistic process, each piece is unique.
